Affordable Shared Independent Living Homes: Fully furnished, move-in ready homes with shared spaces designed for comfort and privacy.
Flexibility: Residents are welcome to stay for a duration that suits their personal circumstances as long as they are compliant with the program guidelines. Residents pay a simple monthly program fee with flexible options based on their income schedule.
Self-Sufficient Living: Ideal for Individual adults who can live independently and manage their own day-to-day needs without onsite staff.
Stable & Respectful Environment: Quiet hours, shared-space guidelines, and a no-substance policy help maintain a safe and peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
Resource Connections: While we do not provide assisted Living, peer support, or medical services, we share local community resources for residents who need them.

A: Monthly fees depend on room type and availability, discussed after your assessment. A one-time, non-refundable $300 move-in fee is required. No other fees apply.Q: How do I apply?
A: Complete a program assessment and provide proof of stable income. The application takes 5-10 minutes; the full process up to 3 business days (or longer if there's a waiting list).Q: Are credit checks performed?
A: No credit checks are done. All individuals agreeing to program guidelines are welcome to apply.
